Spa Policy

Advance booking & Walk-ins: Our spa often fills up fast; booking in advance will guarantee you an appointment. We always welcome walk-ins and we will try to get you scheduled in if time is available. Try reserving a treatment during off-peak hours. If you do, we may have a special for these off-peak hours.

Punctuality: Ideally arrive 5-10 minutes early so you can enjoy an unhurried transition into the spa. Please keep in mind that if you arrive late the duration of your treatment will be shortened so the next guest may begin on time.

Cancellation/No-Shows: Sometimes it's impossible to keep an appointment. If you must cancel, please give our spa as much advance notice as possible. It’s also best to schedule your appointment on a day when you do not have any other things planned. To avoid cancellation/no-shows charges. We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice, for any appointment made. Otherwise 80% Fee will apply to cancellations/no-shows that meet, less than the minimum time permitted. If a Gift Certificate was used to make this appointment the 80% Fee may be subtracted from the value of the Gift certificate.

Medical conditions: Such as, but not limited to;

  • Pregnancy
  • Allergies
  • Recent surgery
  • Physical ailments such as epilepsy, cancer, diabetes, cardiac and blood clotting problems & bone disease.
  • If you are affected by any of the conditions above you should consult your physician prior to visiting the spa, and advise our personnel before your treatment begins.
  • Please inform us when making a booking.

Certain treatments may not be advisable for you. Also, tell the therapist if you're wearing contact lenses before you have a facial.

Valuables: In order to avoid all worries and stress, leave all jewelry and valuables at your home or in your car.

Communicating your preferences: All aspects of treatment can be modified to your taste: amount of light, volume (or absence) of music, room temperature, and whether or not you choose to have a conversation or enjoy the treatment in silence. If you want the therapist to give you a deep massage, or be gentler, let her know. Also, feel free to ask questions. Your therapist will enjoy knowing your thoughts and clarifying any issues you may have. It’s poor spa etiquette to suffer in silence and then complain after the fact. The therapist will do whatever is necessary to correct the problem if notified during the treatment.   If any part of your experience is unsatisfactory, first tell therapist. If the response isn't helpful, speak to a manager or the owner.

Eating and drinking: Try not to eat for at least an hour before a treatment, and avoid the consumption of alcohol on the day of a treatment. Drink plenty of water before and afterward, especially if you plan to do any strenuous activity or enjoy heat therapy, such as a sauna or the steam room.

Cell phones: Please turn them off or to vibrate before entering the spa.

Gratuities: They are not included and are left completely to your discretion. Tips are welcome in recognition of outstanding service. Please leave the tip at the reception desk when your treatment(s) are completed.
